Bob Halperin

Bob Halperin is a leading expert in peer support groups and forum methodology, co-authoring the Harvard Business Review article “How to Get the Most out of Peer Support Groups.” As former Chief Education Officer at YPO and a longtime YPO Certified Forum Facilitator, Bob has personally led hundreds of forums, trainings, and retreats for executives across sectors and continents.

As co-founder of Alumni Forum Services, he has launched over 70 Harvard Business School alumni forums, including those for social enterprise and LGBTQ+ leaders. Bob has helped organizations like McKinsey, Citibank, CALO, and UC Berkeley harness the power of peer learning to strengthen leadership, resilience, and connection.

With over two decades of leadership in executive education at institutions including HBS, MIT Sloan, and Babson College, Bob brings a deep understanding of business and a unique passion for helping leaders grow through meaningful, trusted peer connections.
